The former CNN Center in Atlanta is rich in history. It has seen breaking news, championship celebrations, concerts, and crowds pouring in for games and events. Now it has a new name and a new future as The CTR ATL.

I was invited to create a mural in the sales office that looks out toward the main atrium. My goal was to make a wall that told the story of this building and the city around it.

"Carli’s Flowers" by Tindel is a vivid, floral explosion that captures the raw beauty of resilience and artistic rebirth. Painted during a chaotic season of change—corporate transitions, creative hustle, and even a run-in with a table saw—this bold custom piece blossoms with unapologetic joy. Featuring vibrant blooms and a spirit of perseverance, it echoes a previously beloved mural and finds its perfect home with art collector Carli. Mural project commissioned by Amy Parry Projects and Southern Post Apartments for their rooftop pool on the 5th floor. The expansive 53-foot wall provided the perfect canvas for me to craft this painting.

Cultivate A Better World Mural

This is my first corner mural and I love how it turned out. Simple color pallet to match the interior and work with the other painting they have at their location. Cultivate is a great place to eat and see a collection of my artwork.

OH MY GOD BECKY LOOK AT HER PUTT

Another Legend Born

Y’all forgot I do design for the day job. I have been lucky enough to work with awesome clients, and ATLFirst is another on that list. They wanted a symbol for Atlanta. I created that symbol and thus the brand’s style and look.

Orwell (REMIX) 2020

What happens when you reread Orwell during this year of our lord twenty-twenty. This mural happens. Commissioned by CANVAS ATL for Modera Prominence in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA, the design was created after rereading 1984 during a hell of a year. The mural spans 55 feet long by 19 feet high.

ATL NEON SIGN

Authentic Made in the U.S.A. real neon glass light tubes. The city glows through this design by artist John Tindel. Each originally designed piece is made by the famous Neon Company in Atlanta, Ga.

BEAUTIFUL CONCRETE.

New floral mural by artist John Tindel at Broadstone Junction in Norcross, GA. It took about three weeks because of all the rain, but I love how this mural turned out. My knees were shaking at the top but I pulled off my first gridded hand-drawn large-scale painting on a 5 story parking garage.

Google Fiber + Tindel

Mural created by artist John Tindel for the Google Fiber offices in Atlanta, Ga. Original typography and explosive design were combined with paint and silver leaf to complete this space.

ART BASEL + AB&L + TINDEL

It started as a local art show in Atlanta that shut down the HIGH Museum. Since, that time it has grown to support visionary artists and musician who values of authenticity, creativity, and individuality. TindelRose / Primer

The two artists were brought together by Amy Parry Projects to create two murals inside the Philips Arena/Hawks stadium. Both John and Stacie were familiar with each other’s work but had never actually met until the first walk-through at the arena.

Machine Mural

Had the awesome opportunity to do another mural for NCR. This one is kind of bad-ass. I tried a bunch of different techniques and started using some insane fluorescent paint.

UX/UI DESIGN

Create a new experience to convert leads into customers who get a demo. Complete redesign of flow and user interface design, increasing demo completions by a significant percentage of organic leads.

Southern Surrealism

About the time I started a new painting. I’ve had a half-done dirty bird sitting around the studio since before Summer ‘18. Well, I was looking at it tonight and thought I may try to pull off a little sloppy surrealism.
